Having #badbreath either for short time Or it has been there for a longer time could be quite embarrassing. This could create an awkward situation affecting you mentally and make you lose your confidence too.
What is bad breath?
The foul smell coming from your mouth because there is an increase in the bacteria that causes the smell.

Avoid acidic foods and beverages - sodas and foods containing onion, garlic and chocolates should be limited .
Smoking and Alcohol - should be avoided.

-Consume foods that eliminate oral bad odour
-Stop smoking and alcohol consumption.
-Use essential oils like coconut oil, peppermint oils,tea tree oils etc to gargle
-If your under medications for stomach, lung or any other disorders consult your physician.
-Green tea is an effective home remedy for bad breath.Research shows that green tea
-Homemade mouthwash with baking soda or vinegar
- Reduce stress by distracting yourself into yoga, meditations, etc
-Avoid cheese and dairy products.
Get your teeth cleaned and if any decayed tooth present get it filled by your dentist.
Is visiting doctor necessary?
Most bad breath originates in the mouth and can be treated with improved #dental hygiene.
In some cases, however, bad breath is a sign of a more serious condition such as Diabetic Ketoacidosis ,kidney failure, or an infection.
