Tooth brush are available in various brands, so how to choose them? 

Based on the size of the bristle head part, a toothbrush you choose should be able to cover maximum of 3 teeth i.e when the bristles are placed on the teeth it must cover 3 teeth. 

Efficient brushing is achieved when you follow this to choose a toothbrush. 

Always choose a toothbrush that has soft bristles because 

1.they won't damage your enamel

2.they are flexible so cleaning the gaps between your teeth and gums are made easy. 

A hard bristle or medium might damage your enamel layer causing sensitivity. 

If you have sensitive teeth you can also choose ultrasoft toothbrush.
